Hey Axe & Grind friends,
we want to send an important message to address any concerns about COVID-19 (coronavirus).
As a small, family-run business, we’ve decided to remain open to provide stability and support to our staff, and much-needed stress relief to our loyal customers. But we’re closely following the guidelines of the BC Provincial Health Agency so that we can continue operating in a way that prioritizes the health, safety and well-being of our customers and staff.
We’d like to tell you about what our staff is doing and what you can do as a customer to ensure everyone stays safe:
We’ve adopted a strict cleaning regimen which will have staff cleaning all surfaces, door handles, axes, tables and chairs every hour on the hour and after every customer or group.
When you do come in, we have multiple options to signing a waiver that allows you to sign on your phone. If you do use one of our tablets, it will be sanitized after every use.
We ask everyone to sanitize their hands before they start throwing.
If you bring in your own food or beverages, we ask that you please dispose of this yourself so that our staff don’t have to.
We will strive to strike a balance between panic and complacency and we hope our customers will do the same. Most of all, thank you for supporting small local businesses and let’s get through this together as a community.
